Why is virtually EVERY PUBLICATION saying Biden leads by roughly 10 percent?

I came across this twitter comment and found it interesting:

In fact Biden is off on a train tour of the rust belt after Tuesday’s debate. I remember in 2016, the pundits said Mr Trump HAD to win Florida to win the presidency, so why is Joe not camping out there to block Potus way to re-election? It might have to do with (R) voter registrations surging in a major way, including in Broward county. It’s in the real data.
He saw this in 2016 and was spot on.
Although in 2018 things didn’t quite shake out per the data trends in the very end...on election day, far more Dems showed up than Republicans, cancelling out the pre-election day trends.

Patriots need to support PDJT by electing as many new federal and state patriot lawmakers as they can who will promise to fully support Trump’s already excellent work for MAGA.
I don’t see any problem with voting Republican ticket for 2020 elections.

These numbers were clear in Trump rally written surveys filled out by attendees. Between 21% and 30% of the many hundreds of thousands of Trump rally attendees in 2019 were registered Democrats. Many of them drove hundreds of miles to attend and stood in line all day to gain entry to a Trump rally. They will vote for him.For every one of them there are at least 10 more Democrats who will vote for President Trump.
