---SNIP--- I actually consider it a point of personal pride that I’m recognized for being among the first Republicans to reject Donald Trump. It was way back in December 2015. I told NBC’s Chuck Todd that day that I could never support Trump. I said then that he was an embarrassment to the Republican Party and our country. I said he belittles, demeans, and ridicules people who disagree with him, and that I’ve never thought that loud, obnoxious, and simpleminded solutions to complex problems are the kind of qualities we want in a president. I believe that earned me my first of several Trump tweets of indignation.

“Simple minded solutions to complex problems”. In other words you simple minded people out there cannot deal with today’s problems. It takes someone with “my” superior intelligence to solve things. What a slap in the face to the average Joe voter. Ridge and his ilk can go pound sand.

Trump does two significant things as President:
1. Sign bills passed by Congress
2. Appoint Supreme Court justices
Any idiot can affix a signature.
Trump has and will do a better job than Biden when it comes to Supreme Court appointments.
The new name for the new party should be The Trump Party.

I think people who vote for Biden don’t care who they are voting for as long as it’s not Trump.
Agreed. It would make a difference if they said they would write in another candidate, or vote for a third party candidate, but to say they are going to vote for the dem candidate reeks of hypocrisy.
