in the event of massive fraud in State where the outcome cannot be determined, I believe that it would be perfectly Constitutional for the legislature of that State to choose electors.
I think your comment about the commie dems being afraid Pres Trump is going to steal the election that they are concentrating on stealing is exactly what is going on. They are in the process of carrying out the total destruction of our voting system so that they can break down and sabotage any honest vote count that would keep Pres Trump in office. The Trump crew will outsmart them in any case and he will win and stay in office as president of this Republic for another four years.
The RAT party sees this election as their chance to seize permanent one party control. With Republicans having to defend twice as many seats as the Rats the odds are in the RATs favor to seize the Senate. If they do they will first eliminate the Filibuster. Then they will pack the Supreme Court. That way when they make Puerto Rico and DC a state the Court will rubber-stamp the power grab. It will also insure that any lawsuits against their vote fraud will ultimately lose.
After this it's going to be a quick ride to socialism because nothing short of Civil War or a Convention of States can stop them.
The headline should read: Trump camp counters Democrat vote fraud.
Answering my own question: What is the designated Day that the Electors must deliver their votes?
Electors must deliver their votes to the President of the Senate on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December.
So I think that December 14th is the day by which the new Supreme Court Justice must be seated.
The Atlantic is working on a story right now. It is a real bombshell. Anonymous sources report that Trump fathered a child with a space alien. Few people appreciate the extremely dry sense of humor at the Atlantic. They are not meant to be believed.
Did they accidentally get hold of the democrat plans to have the west coast secede from the union?
Definitely they should have plans in place so that, if the counting CAN’T GET DONE IN TIME, the republican states that clearly will support Trump have an alternative way of getting electors approved.
The democrat plan is to mess up voting in republican states, and slow-walk the count, in the hopes they can get a couple of states past the elector deadline. If Biden is doing well, they go quick; if Trump, they slow-walk PA for example, so the electors don’t get seated.
Since the legislators of each state have the final say in picking electors, there needs to be a process so that on December 8th, the will of the states is honored.
There was serious talk of the republicans in Florida doing this in 2000, when it was clear some democratic counties were purposely missing the deadlines and threatening the entire state delegation.

Bingo
I like the plan
and it’s SCOTUS-proof (6-3)
Atlantic?
Again?
The Atlantic? You mean that publication I like to call a “Penny Dreadful”?
Oh must be Hurricane TDS just a spinin and a spinin out there.
It is a tale. Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury...
For three years they said he was colluding with Russia.
Gosh, why am I so skeptical these days.
Trump will abide by the rule of law. It’s what our side
does.
Forbes is equal to Fake News!
And the Democrat stratagems to pack the supreme court, abolish the electoral college, harvest ballots, use crooked mail-in voting, add two or three new Democrat states, and many other tactics to bypass elections and win a permanent majority are NOT “radical measures”?
“A jarring new report from The Atlantic ....”
Stopped right there. No need to read any further.
At this point anything less than nationwide anti-communist COIN ops and widespread extra-judicial executions of foreign and domestic enemies is under whelming. I’m talking El Salvador-level COIN ops. It’s the same enemy, with the same ambitions, organization and goals.
