Collins may still join the bandwagon depending on how this polls for her.

She already waited 72 hours to say that she would officially vote NO, so I am assuming that she did her polling during that time.
On the other hand, Murkowski is up for re-election in 2022, and Trump already said he would campaign against her.
I don't have a major issue with Collins saying that she's opposed to the hearings and voting no on those as long as she doesn't vote no on the nominee.
The polling that I've seen suggests that other than the progressive left, there is no groundswell of support for waiting for the next President to appoint. Collins has a difficult position in this election year and as much as I dislike her, she's better than the alternative. I'll cut her some slack if she does some political gamesmanship here.
Collins will change her vote depending on the 'goods' promised to be included in future bills..........
She is just working the system of Vote Negotiations.
If Murkowski is altering her view, I assure you it is with Collins blessing. Collins is just playing “the Fox” as usual.
Collins is the lone holdout.
I think Collins will end up voting for it, especially if her vote is needed. She’s a pragmatist; always willing to compromise if she ultimately gets what she wants.
Definitely not a team player, but someone who can be reasoned with for the right price.
Methinks this is highly unlikely since she has a 95% rating from NARAL ...
Right, its possible Collins could come over. Maine is a tough place for Republican to hang on to their seat. But Barrett seems a Teflon-coated nominee, I give it 50-50 Collins will vote to confirm.
And Manchins constituents are not going to be accepting of the anti-religious bigotry of the Left. If the Dems keep playing that card, Manchin will vote aye.
