Catherine Engelbrecht is a subject matter expert on election issues and potential for fraud. CTH anticipated the 2020 efforts of Democrats would include wide-scale voter fraud and back in May strongly suggested the Trump campaign begin working closely with True The Vote.

What happened to Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution?
“The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.”
It says “Day” not three days, not two weeks.
Anything other than Election Day compromises the integrity of the vote, delays the tabulation, and opens the window for large scale voter fraud.
In Harris County (Houston Texas and outlying areas), the election is being handled by the DNC Finance Chairman. No joke.
The elected official (a Democrat) stepped down due to “Covid19 concerns” (cough cough) and let the Democrat majority on Commisioner’s Court choose her replacement.
That’s ok. It was good while it lasted.
Pennsylvania will not get called on election night. They will be manufacturing mail in ballots 3 days after election day to assure delay and confusion if not an ‘outright Biden victory’.
Those committees are probably 90% Democrat activists on a mission.

I thought that referred to the electors, that is, the members of the electoral college, not the individual voters. If I understand correctly the constitution leaves open how the states choose their electors.
