RBG has been said by people I respect to be seriously brilliant. Too bad she was on the other side.
Interesting. Birthday is the day before Election Day. Just an observation.
Yeah, the idea that the election ends up decided by a lower court by a 4-4 decision would not be the way to decide the presidential election. GOP needs to get this done.
Ginsburg was not one our founding fathers wanted. That is my

Cruz is right.. If the election goes to the court you need the extra vote to the right..
Conservatives would outnumber the liberals by 2. I don’t see a crisis. I would like to see it filled and the attempt should be made but it’s not a crisis.

All other things aside Cruz would sail through a senate nomination process
Her legal opinions sure never reflected it. She was the queen of using sophistry and platitudes in lieu of rational analysis and sound jurisprudence in order to reach a predetermined conclusion.
Right now we need his vote too much.
