No accident that Trump released a list of new names. He knew this was coming...
Good on President Trump ... The Constitution has nothing to say about timing of elections in regard to filling Supreme Court vacancies... Move on as the left has promoted .. fill the position with one that really venerates our Constitution.

Send the president a message urging him to move forward with a nomination.
Just Do It!
Our corrupt Alaska senator says she will not vote on a nominee until after inauguration.
“We cant leave Roberts to decide the presidency or a 4-4 tie.”
Bingo!
This election will be decided at the supreme court.
He better get someone in there fast.
Well, yeah. If you don’t play hardball. The art of the deal, my friend, the art of the deal.
He will probably nominate Amy Comey Barret and have the democrats trash this distinguished woman to rile up the religious and Catholic vote in the rust belt.
But Murkowski just said she won’t vote to even confirm the nomination before the next inauguration. Maybe the president is not that worried about what ‘Murky’ says she will or won’t do.
“We cant leave Roberts to decide the presidency or a 4-4 tie”.
Hear, hear!
Best election, ballsiest POTUS, evah! MAGA!!
Likely Trump was getting briefed on the situation.
At any rate, he's not mentioning RGB's death at the rally. Probably a wise move as another Freeper pointed out. If Trump was to mention the breaking news, there might have been a few cheers from the crowd and that would have been very poor optics and given the Dems a lot of ammo.
No...the ‘alleged’ part only comes after the nomination
I thought Ted Cruz said he wasn’t interested in the Supreme Court.
“Get it done. Have a replacement for Ginsburg nominated and confirmed before the end of October.”
If not, it. makes for a strong Trump turnout.
“Is Mitch on board?”
Mitch isn’t a problem, it’s the Romper Room that he tries to manage that may be.
Graham and McConnell did a very good job with Kavanaugh. Did you forget that?
If the President tries to ram through a replacement with only six weeks to go to the election, I think it would backfire bigly on him with the American public. Better to wait till he is reelected. This will motivate both sides to get out the vote.
Good, good.
I nominate Attorney General Barr!
