n this extremely important video from the Schiller Institute conference which concluded September 6th, former Virginia State Senator and Judge Advocate General Richard Black finds that those retired generals, now active against Donald Trump are in violation of Section 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He names the names and says what the President should order Secretary of Defense Mark Esper to do if Esper doesn't do it himself. The Defense One publication being used by the insurrectionists is owned now by the Atlantic Media, principally Laurene Powell Jobs, who has been a key financial angel supporting Kamala Harris. Atlantic Media also publishes the Atlantic which is pushing the current fake narrative about the president disparaging the military.
The full panel of which Senator Black's remarks were a part can be viewed at: https://schillerinstitute.com/blog/2020/08/13/conference-war-drive-towards-armageddon-or-a-new-paradigm-among-sovereign-nations-united-by-the-common-aims-of-mankind/
Great post but please drop the “P” - not needed and just go for “DJT” (you reversed the first and middle initial also)...Use it exactly like FDR, HST, JFK, RFK, LBJ, GWB - everyone knows what you mean without the “P”.....Maybe before this first term is over, Freepers will not be using the “P” anymore and we won’t be seeing it at all in the next 4 years!!!! Wish we had some pics of the crowd lining the roads in NV....
Seven Days in May
I hope the Pentagon brass isnt thinking the foot soldiers will have their backs. They are the ones who want perpetual wars. President Trump is the one bringing the troops home.

Yeh, there indeed may be a coup but it may not go the way this idiot thinks it will. The rank and file troops, especially those in the elite combat units are for the most part conservatives. And, since the elimination of the draft there is a inter generational lineage of service. Meaning that those who serve tend to have parents, siblings, uncles, grandparents that also served. So, if he thinks the active duty combat troops will turn on their relatives, neighbors, etc, he is dumb as a sack of hammers. Aint gonna happen.
I am so excited!!!
Might have made a biden mistake or two...
You have my envy. I would have loved to had been there.
Well said..
...On the night of his death, Duggan attended a conference protesting against the Iraq war, which had started eight days earlier. The meeting was organised by the Schiller Institute, an extreme political group linked to LaRouche that shared a deep anti-Semitic streak. The institute is led by Lyndon LaRouche, a US right-wing conspiracy theorist once sentenced to 15 years in prison for fraud and who stood in this year's presidential elections. The 82-year-old had spoken at the conference attended by Duggan that night.
Maximum Punishment
Dismissal, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 1 year.
You are basically correct. Retired pay is actually a ‘retainer pay’ with the recipient subject to recall to active duty at the convenience of the government. Generally the recall is subject to those with less than either 30 or 35 years of combined active and retired service. At least this was the law when I retired in 1993, after 20 years in the Army. Now at 73 I could still do my old intel analyst job or be an Army historian, which I did for 22 years after I retired from active duty.
I respect his patriotism and his service to our nation, but he is still a JAGOff. Remember that to have served in Vietnam and become on O-6 means he retired twenty years ago limiting his knowedge base. What he is spouting is his beliefs and people’s beliefs often are not based on factual information..but then I woud not expect you to understand that.
That doesn’t surprise me.It makes perfect sense to me...in terms of “good order”.But I’m still unsure if “retired” officers are subject to Article 88.
LOL! If there were to be a military coup against this president, I can honestly say the coup plotters and their families would be hunted down and killed.
“Why would I care what a JAG0FF has to say?”
So...you’re one of those that doesn’t respect our military.
Your heartfelt opinions are required over at Democrat Underground.
That sounds tough, but the Rules of War will be followed to the letter.
Ditto, most senior officers I served for were globalists and left leaning. The more education they have the more globalists they become. Also, all the military institutions are on the left. I wasn’t sure and it was an eye opening.
Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
Just because an Officer retires does not mean he looses his Commission.
If the Officer should resign his Commission he receives no pay and allowances and is not longer subject to the UCMJ.
A Commissioned or Warrant Officer can't just quit and walk away. They have to apply and the particular service has the final say.
It has been 45 years since I served but I do believe Article 88 is the same today as it was back then.
I remember how shocked my civilian friends were when they found out that one essentially abrogates there 1st Amendment Rights when the swear the "Oath".
Schiller Institute Lyndon LaRouche communist socialist credit card fraud jailbird now deceased criminal.
For example, at the end of WW2, the Royal Canadian Navy was the third largest navy in the world. Our navy was bigger than France's or Italy's navies. How many battleships did we have? 0. Aircraft carriers? 0. The largest ship we had was a cruiser, ONE cruiser. A number of years ago, there was a book written about the RCN. It was called Corvette Navy. From the name, I'm sure you can guess what the majority of ships in the RCN fleet consisted of. It was only after the war that we got aircraft carriers, HMCS Warrior (1946-1948), HMCS Magnificent (1948-1957), and HMCS Bonaventure (1957-1970), all being ex Royal Navy ships.
According to the Todd & Lindberg classification system, there is only one, #1 rank navy (Global-reach power projection) in the world. It is the USN. There are two #2 rank navies (Limited global-reach power projection) in the world. They are the UK's RN and France's 'Marine Nationale'. China, along with Russia, Italy and India, are #3 rank navies (Multi-regional power projection).
The RCN today? #5 rank (Regional offshore coastal defence). Personally, I would call that VERY wishful thinking. Absolutely NOTHING against our military personnel, God bless them, but rather a comment on how our current Prime Mistake, treats the Canadian military. He is a chip off the old block, just like his old man, be he Pierre or Fidel. Only Justin(e) knows for sure.
it’s been underway since Jan 2017 Inaug (and prior too), doesn’t seem like anyhting happening to those you speak of.
