Yeh, there indeed may be a coup but it may not go the way this idiot thinks it will. The rank and file troops, especially those in the elite combat units are for the most part conservatives. And, since the elimination of the draft there is a inter generational lineage of service. Meaning that those who serve tend to have parents, siblings, uncles, grandparents that also served. So, if he thinks the active duty combat troops will turn on their relatives, neighbors, etc, he is dumb as a sack of hammers. Ain’t gonna happen.
