This period is known as the “phony war.” Right now we are in a phony civil war, as in the Second Civil War has begun even though we have not attacked the enemy. Following President Trump’s reelection OR defeat, the Second Civil War will pick up steam; The Left will see to it.

I don’t see Secession happening, not like way back when. The Secessionist populations in those states that might like to do it are concentrated in small areas while the great majority of the land in those states is occupied by people who would rather stay in the Union and who will fight. I do see Cities declaring themselves autonomous where Federal writ does not run. As for guerrilla war, it will be an urban phenomenon because the mountains and the swamps belong to the partisans of the Republic. It really depends on the army and a civil war might just be a war within the military as the Obama Generals try to side with the rebel cities and the rank and file side with the Republic. One sign that the War is already in motion is the mutiny of the generals who have told the President that they will not obey orders to quell an insurrection from the left.
But in the Podesta War Game model the idea is thatCA, OR, WA succeed from the USA is such total BS, as they can’t survive w/o Federal Money. They would collapse in a month and if they succeed that takes all those people electorate votes off the table giving Trump a majority of the hat is left.’I don’t see other states shaking in their boots cuz they left to want them I change electoral votes to Bid n just so I they stay in the Union. I suspect roughly half of each state (area-wise) would refuse to go along with secession. Maybe more.
