video shows, based on where the object landed, that it was a plastic bag

An empty plastic bag won’t go very far at all. What was in the bag? A brick?

“possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18,” which is a misdemeanor“

Hunting is big in Wisconsin. So, how do young peuple hunt?

From the video, the building's lights sure made the plastic bag look like a Molotov cocktail from that angle. Video also correlates with the reporter's statement that there was a gun shot that came from behind him and Rosenbaum.

It wouldn't surprise me if the autopsy shows that Rosenbaum was shot in the back with a pistol. Which was fired by an Antifa and intended for Kyle.

Following the defendant is Rosenbaum ... The video shows that as they cross the parking lot, Rosenbaum appears to throw an object at the defendant. The object does not hit the defendant and a second video shows, based on where the object landed, that it was a plastic bag.

Ok Counselor, here is a plastic bag and I am ordering you to throw it across the courtroom, if you cannot throw it 25 feet across this courtroom, I will find you in Contempt of Court, fine you $10,000 and JAIL you for 90 days, in which time I will order a Criminal Investigation of YOU for DEFRAUDING THE COURT and I am also sending a Letter to the BAR Association for Criminal and Ethical Violations and demand they fully investigate and DISBAR you Permanently.

The prosecutor doesn’t have the guts to let Kyle Rittenhouse off.

One of things lacking from today's justice system as opposed to previous decades (or centuries) is any sense of moral rightness.

In the past, a district attorney would look at a 17-year-old with no criminal record taking out three known criminals in the middle of a riot, pat him on the shoulder, and say "Good shooting, son."

And the criminal element knew that prosecutors would always favor good citizens without question, which had a salutary effect on their actions.

Today, our liberal prosecutors are so concerned with things like "systemic racism" and "righting the wrongs of the past" (when they are not outright Communist revolutionaries) that they ignore the backgrounds of the players in the interest of some nebulous concept of fairness. They equate self-defense with murder. The states of New York and Washington even banned legal policies offered to concealed carriers by the NRA and USCCA, deriding them as "murder insurance."

The US cannot survive a justice system that equates the motives of the self-defender and the murderer. Removing the Soros DA's has to become the number one priority of conservative voters.

Again the fatal shot was in Rosy’s back - Kyle and Roy were facing each other. There is no footage which shows who fired the fatal shot. There is only one eye witness, but he was also facing Kyle and Rosy. There was at least one other shooter present - as you can see a flash and hear a shot coming from the upper left of the Regg Inkagnito film. Many other people were armed that night; there is as yet no coroner report citing the caliber of the rear wound.

Well, what would expect from a low IQ prosecutor??

“We will charge him as an adult and apply statutes made for children.”

I was watching a discussion on YouTube* between two lawyers, one of whom (Robert Barnes, of Barnes Law) was licensed and had practiced in Wisconsin. He stated that under Wisconsin law, once the assailants put their hands on the weapon they are no longer considered to be "unarmed." He also said that Wisconsin has very expansive self-defense laws. He didn't think the prosecutor had a chance of getting a conviction.

* It's a two hour video and they don't start talking about the Rittenhouse case until an hour into the video, but it's very informative about the specifics of Wisconsin law.

This take, with the exception of the first shooting (which I couldn’t see) is exactly what my take was after watching the various videos one time.

If I was a juror in this case , after hearing testimony and watching all of the videos, I would have to vote that the
prosecutor is guilty of dereliction of duty and hate crimes.

10 years in prison sounds about right.

A reasonable fear of severe injury or death that justifies the use of deadly force can exist by circumstances that are not completely the fault of the person who has been killed.

He chased Kyle (his fault)
He threw something at Kyle (his fault)
Someone nearby fired a gun making Kyle think it came from the guy behind him (not his fault).
It is also reasonable to assume the guy chasing him had a gun, because who would be so stupid as to chase someone with a firearm without one.

Chasing someone is an act of aggression. Chasing someone that you know is carrying a firearm is just plain stupid. If you do that, and some unfortunate coincidence like this occurs at that time, you may justifiably be shot.

The only one that looks to me as if it could have merit is "possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18," which is a misdemeanor.

And even that one shouldn't apply in a case in which, had the minor not had the weapon, his right to life would have been violated.
