Following the defendant is Rosenbaum ... The video shows that as they cross the parking lot, Rosenbaum appears to throw an object at the defendant. The object does not hit the defendant and a second video shows, based on where the object landed, that it was a plastic bag.

Ok Counselor, here is a plastic bag and I am ordering you to throw it across the courtroom, if you cannot throw it 25 feet across this courtroom, I will find you in Contempt of Court, fine you $10,000 and JAIL you for 90 days, in which time I will order a Criminal Investigation of YOU for DEFRAUDING THE COURT and I am also sending a Letter to the BAR Association for Criminal and Ethical Violations and demand they fully investigate and DISBAR you Permanently.

Your remark makes sense. Just for the hell of it I tried throwing a plastic bag that appeared to be the same size as in the video.

No matter how hard I threw it, the best I could do was 5 feet. And its trajectory was nothing like in the video. The bag I threw headed for the floor at about a 45 degree angle from the time it left my hand.
