The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of appeals has ruled 8-2 General Michael Flynn will not have his case dismissed as the Department of Justice has requested and must move forward with yet another hearing.

I would add, because his administration is going to put a good number of them in prison, and has already been cutting off illegal $ they count on (ie via foreign aid, for one biggie) and will cut it more and more. The Demshevik party is the party of crime, it’s basically a crime spree. And Trump is putting and will continue to put a stop to it.
Flynn cannot be sentenced by Sullivan - the plea was accepted by Contreas who then had to be recused; thus the plea must be vacated by Sullivan or - like the other absurdities in this case - it will not stand. Not that the law matters to any DS blackmailed + bribed judges or anything like that.
They can appeal to the SCOTUS
Thank Goodness Mitch stood firm against Merrick Garland for the SC. The man is just as much of a moral and legal travesty as the others on the court. Typical swamp judge, may his soul rot in hell.
Doesn’t matter if there’s a gag order or not, so long as this charade continues, anything he says publicly will be used against him, so no gag order needed.

As I said in the beginning, this case will be settled in the Supreme Court where it will be thrown out. It is ridiculoous for a man to be tried when his accusers have withdrawn their accusation.
All I know is that in 2008 the voters went to the polls and by majority vote put obama in the White House and until 2012 every time I looked at a television I was told how much the American people loved their President. Chris Matthews orgasms or had a tingling down his leg as he put it. I stopped watching television. If I had to be around it I tuned it out. In 2012 once again the voters went to the polls.Presto! Once again he is returned, again by majority vote to the White House to do everything in his power to destroy the Constitutional Republic. When one receives the majority of anything that infers that they receive the most. And if one votes for a thing or person, one can deduce that one likes, approves,and/or supports that thing or person. Since obama received the majority of votes cast by the voters in their infinite wisdom in both 2008 and 2012 one could safely deduce that most of the people supported him. As for many of the voters who voted for him then, hating him now. Who cares. The damage they caused has already been done. They did their part in destroying the Nation. They can be proud of themselves./p>

I am generally a dunce regarding legal matters, but I know right from wrong...and what has happened to General Michael Flynn is wrong.
If they can do that with impunity to someone like General Flynn, what is to stop those scum from doing it to any of us?
