The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of appeals has ruled 8-2 General Michael Flynn will not have his case dismissed as the Department of Justice has requested and must move forward with yet another hearing.

The aggrieved party in the case, Judge Sullivan (who also serves as Judge, Jury and Executioner), may now continue punishing the innocent with more process.
The new system of Revolutionary Justice is not yet fully in place, so the Left is having to suffer these half steps a bit longer, until full summary execution authority is devolved to the Commissars, Revolutionary Tribunals and People’s Committees.
The miscarriage of justice is that the decision of the court or jury was in error. That implies that the error was in finding the pardoned person guilty. That still leaves the speculation that the person was guilty and the pardon was not a matter of justice but of political expediency. It must be clear that there was no wrong doing on Flynn’s part.
If sentence is ever passed against Flynn and it then becomes necessary for Trump to issue a pardon I fully support that. But to do so now would be premature.

This appeal was decided along political lines at the appellate level. Sullivan should appeal it to the SC where he has a chance of getting justice in a 5-4 court.

Odd. . .in every criminal case there are two sides, one side is telling the truth and the other side is not (lying).
So. . .how many people found guilty were also prosecuted for perjury?
I anticipate that centuri petitions to the SC for mandamus will be filed separately by Sydney Powell and the DOJ in very short order and LTG Flynn will likely be granted a hearing This being the case, LTG Flynn will remain twisting in the wind for 6-12 months more.
Roberts is dirty. A pardon is the answer.

more particularly...and more relevant to the criminal DC sect of which the good Judge is a member....the cash flow bribes back into DC consequent all the funds appropriated to overseas for those activities by that crowd have been interrupted.
Its a diversion of Federal funds not just into “politics” ..but into “pockets” of these people making it all happen.
