He’s yelling for a medic because ANTIFA/BLM are both organized communist terror units. They have their assigned “medics”, food trucks, armorers, etc. These are not just some people that are from the neighborhood who decided to riot.

(The guy who got his arm blasted in one of them). They think they’re fighting a war..... it is time to ‘meet them where they are at’ in all of this.
They have “medics.” They’re mostly good for washing pepper spray out of your eyes. Tourniquets are doable. I think the people applying pressure to the superficial head wound on the first guy to be shot were “medics.” Apparently the guy was bleeding out from the wounds in the back and groin, while they applied pressure to a wound that wasn’t really bleeding.
