He’s yelling for a medic because ANTIFA/BLM are both organized communist terror units. They have their assigned “medics”, food trucks, armorers, etc. These are not just some people that are from the neighborhood who decided to riot.

They are organized at least to the company level, with some novel and fairly sophisticated tactics. Everything that is old is new again, using the bike riders as skirmishers to fix the targets for light infantry to attack with blunt weapons (rocks, bottles, etc, with demolition squads to burn targets, but using fairly advanced comms to run the whole thing.
At issue is whether the infantry companies have higher level coordination and to they have a plan if and when they have to deal with organized opposition (force on force).
I have the feeling they are not just looking to martyr some stupid kids to make a point - they may actually be working toward seizing and holding objectives.
God I hope they are not involve in the medical community.
