It really annoys me he is going to have to spend the next month in jail.

This is a good kid, we must not allow the democrat prosecuting attorney to get off scot free for trying to destroy this boys life.

“fired multiple rounds towards his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed attacker”.
That language is a bit ironic, the guy who was shot and lived will now always be known as the “one armed dude”

Well, this is finally the first time I’ve seen an explanation of how he got separated from his unit.
I’m not criticising the young man, but please note. That was an error.

The only way a DA or Prosecutor could possibly come up with any criminal charges in this case is to LIE and Misrepresent Every FACT Publicly known.
If I were the Judge and a Lawyer brought forth a case based completely on Lies and Misrepresentations of publicly known facts, I would find him in Contempt of Court, sanction him $10,,, and remand him for 30 days in the County Jail. Then I would dismiss all charges with prejudice.

"He who pleads his cause first seems right; until another comes and questions him." Just like with Nick Sandmann, the media crucified this until the truth comes out. I hope he sues their shorts off just like Nick did.

4chan thinks they have tracked down the other shooter. They are archiving everything and sending it to Kyle’s atty.

The kid was chased and cornered by a larger man trying to take his weapon, so he fired. Self-defense. Then he was chased and attacked by a mob, but only shot the specific individuals attacking him. Self-defense.
He probably won’t get a medal, but he should.

Additionally, the weapon Rittenhouse was using to protect himself and others never crossed state lines.
I don't see why this is important? Unless it's a sale, I don't know of any issues with carrying your rifle across a State border? Especially since I'd guess WI is more gun-friendly than IL.
But, that then begs the question of where did he get the rifle from? All the article says is that he and a friend armed themselves with rifles that were already there...? I'm not sure on the legalities of a non-legal guardian providing a firearm to a minor? (While I disagree which such laws, they are there currently, Constitutional or not.) But this is something I haven't seen brought up in any of the news articles, even this otherwise well-detailed in OP.
