He lives in neighboring Illinois and a judge DELAYED his extradition.

I bet Pierce gets him out on bail this coming week. Now that he has top flight legal representation and adequate funds to convince a judge he is not a flight risk.

I think they said he is being held in a juvenile detention facility in IL
