BREAKING: 6 mayors in historically Democrat strongholds on the Iron Range of Minnesota announce their support for President Trump. - Team Trump
Joe Biden cannot carry Minnesota without the Iron Range. Hes toast if the article is true.
” If he has won over the inbred union mine workers of the Iron Range ...”
That says it all.’’.
‘” inbred “
OK, you gonna go with this ?
The Iron Range is a life long Dem stronghold mostly made up with old school Union thinking.
When counting the votes, it was always Minneapolis and Iron Range which seemed to always bring the votes to the Dems.
Interestesting....
I have spent a lot of time up there. It’s a different world.
Yes. Unfortunately the vote stealing machines in NY, IL, and CA are insurmountable! Trump can win Connecticut though!
“”””Two or three of the mayors were at the Pence rally in Duluth this afternoon. “”””
I didn’t know he was there. Duluth is a real union stronghold.
The most hardcore union city in the state. He must think he has broken through to them.
Having lived for two years in Minneapolis, this is a big deal. Most of the state is a sea of red with two blue spots. Those are Minneapolis which has a lot of your typical well educated upper middle class white collar liberals and the Iron Range which is and has long been a union stronghold. Trump made serious inroads with the latter last time and almost flipped the state. If he completes the switch of labor from Democrat to Republican its very questionable whether Minneapolis alone can outvote the rest of the state.
Minneapolis has 2 million and Minnesota has 5 million people. Florida has Miami and Georgia has Atlanta which both lean left but the rest of those states outvote them consistently. Minnesota may well go the same way.
McCain’s former staff are deeply saddened...
Having lived for two years in Minneapolis, this is a big deal.

This is a big deal. Mayors don’t switch parties, unless their voters are switching parties. They want to be reelected.
Trump lost the 4 counties in NE Minnesota, the Twin Cities, and then Olmsted County (Rochester). He didn’t lose the state by much. If he has flipped those 4 counties, I would think he wins the state.
“Win Bigly” was the name of Scott Adams’ book.
Always good to hear political analysis of battleground states from residents and former residents - thanks.
If he gets Duluth then Minnesota is his.
Democrat astrongholds, you say?
Well, well, well...
Sleep tight, Joe.
Pleasant dreams, Nancy.
:)
I can see 5 points or so of fraud, but not 30, 23 or 17 points. I think those that insist CA is won unfairly doesn't really understand how deeply liberal NY and CA are. I mean CA has San Fran and Berkeley, not to mention LA county. Someone mentioned a few days ago they did not think Cali could have changed so much since the days of Reagan when he was governor. Really? He was governor 50+ years ago and anyone who was 40 or over is dead - only a few 90+ year olds are left.
Don't be irrational. Trump doesn't need those three states, which is good because he is not going to win them.
I can see Trump flipping a state that he lost by 5 to 10 points, but a state that he lost by 30, 23 or 17 points won't flip.
Trump has conceded Virginia, the hopeless state that it has become.
In 2000 it was West Virginia that moved from the Democrat column to the GOP. Without it Bush loses. In 2016 it was Wisconsin which had not voted GOP since the Reagan 49 state sweep in ‘84. The GOP has not carried Minnesota since Nixon did it in ‘72.
But this year Trump sweeps not just Minnesota but the entire upper Midwest!
His MASSIVE COATTAILS drag enough marginal GOP candidates across the finish line to hold the Senate and take back the House.
Tune to CNN and MS-DNC to see the long faces and furious comments.
It will. Count on it. I know two citizens from Lakeville who are lifelong conservatives who refused to vote for Trump in ‘16. They can’t wait to vote for him this year.
Tjhey speak of several of their friends who will be voting fot DJT for the first time. The Democrats are facing an avalanche in Minnesota. It will go RED for the first time since 1972.
