There is, and has been, a long time belief among many blacks that racism is a major problem in the USA. I suggest the issue is mental illness such as a mass delusion among many blacks.
One side said Trayvon was 14 years old ad Zimmerman was a racist. Even though Trayvon was 17 and Zimmerman had led a protest over the police beating up a homeless black man.
The other side says Trayvon was some kind of criminal Rambo because he had purple drank and got caught with Marijuana on him, which isn't true either.

What I don't here is he was arrested or charged with a violent crime. Any thug who fails that test, isn't worth the name. And, not for nothing, he was a minor.
Someone could also raised the fact that George Zimmerman was arrested twice for domestic violence, tried to sell a gun on social media, was involved in a road rage shooting, and posted naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend online for revenge and say he was a thug.
But neither one of them are thugs.
It was ridiculous that the D.A. tried to charge Zimmerman with first degree murder, and the jury decided that.

I had never heard that, but I looked it up. All the sources I could find said he was suspended three times for marijuana, tardiness, and graffiti. Nowhere does it say he was suspended for anything else.
There was an article where there were some tweets on twitter implying something about the bus driver, but that is not any kind of valid evidence.
If you have some authoritative evidence, please post it.
If he beat a bus driver, he should have been arrested.

That shows just how ignorant you are. All of those things happened after the incident with Trayvon. None of it goes to his state of mind at that time.
You could have mentioned that before he shot Trayvon he tutored black kids, helped elderly black neighbors when they were attacked, he and his wife spent their own money trying to make a case against the police for beating a black homeless man ... but that wouldn't support your SJW mentality would it?
I agree. That would mean that nearly 8% of the population participated, including newborns and nonagenarians. In my country maybe .3% participated in a ‘protest’.
