Former Vice President Joe Biden said Monday that the shooting of a black man in Kenosha, Wisconsin, by police on Sunday was “systemic racism.” He failed to condemn the rioting, looting, and arson that followed throughout the working-class city.

Correction, Biden’s handler’s. I am not convinced any of these things he talks about or his own ideas at this point. He may have some vague social justice/liberal tendencies still in his mind but the more specific policy proposals are not of his own thinking, but what he has been told to say.
The guy was cuffed and desperately running into his car for something - perhaps a weapon?
The police were not controlling his movement and allowed this perp to run away and get into his car. Then the cops panic and stop him with seven rounds in the back. The BLM outrage would have been the same if it was only one round but jeez ... seven rounds in the back?
... we need more facts on what went down in that car and what was this guy doing in there.
While trying to arrest someone you can't let them get control of a 2000 lb weapon especially with kids in the car.

Agreed, there were three possibly four cops at the scene. At this time there is no indication he was reaching for a weapon in the vehicle; in all likelihood had there been a weapon the PD would have said so. Had they had grounds to arrest him, the moment he started walking away they could have physically restrained him. Of course the investigation is continuing and if no weapon is found the cops must be held accountable. You don't shoot someone because he refuses commands of law enforcement. We do know that the guys three small children were in the car.

We all know Joe didn’t write this at all. He can’t put full sentences together if it is not written for him.
Let’s just wait for all the facts. In the George Floyd case, for example, there’s significant evidence that he died of a fentanyl OD, not the cop’s knee on his neck.
There is no way yet for those of us who were not present to know exactly what happened. But situations where an individual ignores police orders and tries to get into a car can get very dangerous, very quickly.
It appears that the individual shot in Kenosha had an outstanding arrest warrant for third class felony rape, so it was far from a normal discussion on the street.
This video shows how quickly it can turn into a real problem.
I am not judging yet, but the man did have a warrant and a gun crime in his past He also had once been charged with assaulting a police officer. If a perp is known to have a gun crime and he is reaching in his car instead of complying what’s a cop to do? Still, this is still rumors not necessarily fact.

Systemic Resisting Arrest (SRA).
You are expecting far too much decency out of him. Remember he is only a democrat. They have a limited capacity.

Resisting arrest and getting in a car (a deadly weapon), while armed with a knife, is a justification for being shot. I’m very comfortable with being able to listen to a police officer and do what I’m told. I’m willing to risk my life any time in that situation with a cop, even if I was in a fight, was violating parole, etc. If the rule is, don’t get in your car with a knife and attempt to flee when you are being arrested, or you will be shot, I am perfectly ok with that, and if the rule applies to my children I’m ok with that also.
Ah, it would be more like under 20% of young black males (sometimes well under) commit 50% of violent crime ... with as many black people as they can lay their hands on as their most significant source of victims targeted.
Remember a few years back when hoodlums in Baltimore put aside their gang rivalries to sing harmony over killing cops? The instant the cameras weren’t focused on them and their “unity” they went back to making other black peoples’ lives Hell on earth, just as they’d lone done, for the habitual criminals are the millstones hung from black peoples’ wings.
Of course 2019/2020 did mark a milestone of sorts because before these years we really need to go back to 1921 to find a mob of angry white Democrats burning down a black community.
In the last year angry white Democrats have again returned to burning down black communities ... but this time they’re helping the black criminal underclass!
