What is the race of the victim??? If he’s “Negro” then there is a presumption that he is an innocent victim of police over-reaction.
The only thing that matters is the race of the victim. The rest of the “narrative” will be constructed from that one piece of information.
This governor is a (fill in the blank). We don’t even wait for facts or any investigation. We immediately are supposed to assume that a black victim of police action was an innocent victim.
Isn’t that prejudicial, to just assume that an incident with a black victim means the police are at fault??? Don’t liberals lecture us that prejudice is bad?????

The video plainly shows the culprit on the far side of the car doing something that caused ALL FOUR officer to simultaneously pull their sidearms. Then he struts over to the driver’s side of the car, ignoring all the commands from all those officers to stop. He opens the door of the car ignoring the officer’s attempt to pull him back out by the shirt.
The Governor’s remarks are deceitful at best, completely dishonest and inflammatory at worst.

From what I have seen of all the recent riot videos, the blacks are happy to loot but it is the white trash that does the breaking and burning for them to get in.
