Joe Biden climbed out of his basement last week. Twice! Once to deliver a brief but well-received address at the Democratic National Convention, and once to give a socially distanced interview to ABC News with his wing-woman Kamala Harris. The big news out of the interview is that Biden said he would shut America down again if scientists told him to.
If this is true, then I have a question. Why are we even bothering to consider Biden? Why not just elect Dr. Anthony Fauci, or Dr. Deborah Birx if we want to smash glass ceilings in the process?

Simple solution to the pandemic,,,,Make HCQ and Azithromycin OTC drugs so anyone who develops a cough and/or fever can go the nearest drug store and self medicate with the drugs along with Zinc Sulfate with correct dosage within 48 hours of symptoms and pandemic over.,,,,,instead of waiting a few days to get tested and 5 days for the results,,,,if over 60 years of age,,,,you’re dead.

So basically, he couldn’t “lock everything down” till he took office? How do they know where we’ll be by then? He’s basically saying it will never go away?

That’s what’s frightening. This is a tyranny virtually unheard of in world history, shutting down an entire society and forcing its people to wear gags - and apparently, with the enthusiastic consent of the captive people.
The Trump campaign should just continuously run an ad consisting entirely of this clip of Biden idiotically proclaiming that he will shut down the USA economy on the advice of “experts”.
It will take one hell of a lot of fraud to overcome that landslide.
This cost untold numbers of AIDS patients who died waiting for the FDA's and Dr. Fauci's stamp of approval.

I have friends and family who think staying hidden is the only way they will survive this. They crabbily insist to me that they are fine. The crabbiness shows that they are not fine.
I imagine that when they do decide to venture out with masks on, they will be surprised to find that the world is going on along just fine without masks. Yes, some people get sick. Some people have to go to the hospital for treatment. Some people die. Just as it used to be.
I wonder how long until they understand that they were being duped? Will they be mad at themselves, or take out their anger at those of us who went on living? My guess is they will blame us.
For the record, to my friends and family, I have been trying to tell you for months from the outset of the shutdown, that shutting down was a terrible idea, and unnecessary.

Having failed that he became some sort of infectious disease expert and - sadly enough - PDJT got roped in.
I thought DJT was a better businessman than to ‘engage’ an expert and the ‘experts’ main and loudest voice was a protege of sorts— Birx.

That’s much kinder than how my eye surgeon recently described him. He told me point blank that if he could ask Fauci a question at the press conferences, he would like to stand up, and, in front of everyone, ask Fauci how old he was when he stopped wetting the bed.

I agree Pence has been a failure in so many ways, but it won’t matter to me. I will still vote for Trump and Pence again.
Voting for Biden and Harris will just lead to more of the same tyranny and lawlessness that we’ve been seeing for a while.
