The Democrat convention was the most boring thing I have ever seen, but it’s hard to compete with the traditional conventions, with their thousands of rabid political supporters going nuts, making noise and having fun. But now, who wants to see the same people we see on cable news everyday giving televised speeches?
Trump will liven things up on his own, but does anyone have any other ideas on how to get more people to watch?
The Republicans should spice up their convention with Democrat impersonators performing between speeches: old senile guy for Biden, crazy really old lady with wild hair, smudged lipstick and huge fake boobs for Pelosi, angry old guy for Bernie; more for Schiff&Nadler, Hillary, Pocahontas, Kamala, Don Lemon etc.
They don’t have to look exactly like them, just caricatures — one good impersonator could do all of them. They should all to go completely crazy with Trump Hatred and led off stage ranting at the end of each performance. Let Greg Gutfield and staff write the scripts. They need to be controversial, non-corny and funny or it is not worth doing (i.e. test them against a private, small, live audience first.)
The Media and the Left would go nuts.

The RNC needs to emphasize JOBS not MOBS - show a few films of he destruction of the riots.
Speeches in front of LIVE audiences— using social distancing- and streamed live from venues all over the country— air hangars, like the Trump rallies. Get people out to hear a LIVE speech.
Not taped stupid pablum and idiocy of bidet and karmel toe.
I believe that the networks are going to do their best to sabotage the presentation.

Well, there was Clint Eastwood talking with the empty chair. We need another superstar talking to a dummy that looks like Joe Biden. With someone that looks like Jill Biden pulling a string behind the dummy's head and it says "Come on, man!". No matter what questions are asked of the dummy, it repeats "Come on, man!".
Keep it classy and talk about the things that make American great such as the hard work people, who only want to keep more of what they have worked hard for and built. How anyone with the most basic of education can take the risk, design something impressive and become wealthy off that idea.
I dunno, they might get sued by Saturday Night Live for copyright infringement.
Given the crap Pelosi is going to pull with the House next week, I was going to say earlier this week they should have cancelled it. Wait until the DEMs have their hissy fit, then have Trump speak from the WH. The people who should be hearing the POTUS, the independents, undecided voters, and those DEMs not pleased with Biden/Harris, aren’t going to be watching the RNC. The media is going to tell them what they missed. Swell.
Live audiences? They should be young...maybe get in contact with all the presidents of the college Republican clubs all over the country to quickly bring their members to the convention to chant “4 more years!”, “USA! USA! USA!”, etc
What they should NOT do is have boring people giving boring speeches. I don’t care how entitled the Republican politicians feel to a moment in the spotlight, DON’T DO IT.
It should be an America is Awesome cavalcade of greatness, with President Donald J Trump giving short introductions to slickly packaged videos of how he is helping to MAGA. Not his monotone reading from a script ignoring the punctuation crap, but his magnificent reading from a teleprompter brilliance.
Sprinkled in should be footage of the rioters screaming at black police, beating up old people, burning down the cities, all while Trump ridicules the news media and their Mostly Peaceful malarkey. Then show the Rats supporting the rioters, including Bobo the Kenyan Shroom Boy referring to them as “leading us” in his DNC convention speech. Much refutation of the Rat convention nonsense.
Wrapping it up with a brilliant Morning in America type closing day, kind of a combination State of the Union/Mount Rushmore performance.
They ought to show Trump Boat rally’s on the big screen in NC. And there should be real people at the convention. Also, pin ups of people like Ronald Reagan, Rush Limbaugh, etc. how about bringing in that young rep from Baltimore, Kimberly Klacik to speak.....how about raffle tickets each night and a really cool gift for the winners....

I have always been a fan of the Swedish bikini team. Maybe they should have a — prominent — role. The other side has pajama boy. They appeal to the metrosexuals. Maybe some party can appeal to the by God reed blooded Americans out here
