By Eric Tucker - Associated Press - Updated: 9:51 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 WASHINGTON — Former CIA Director John Brennan was interviewed Friday by U.S. Attorney John Durham’s team as part of its inquiry into the investigators and intelligence officials behind the 2016 Russia election interference probe.
The interview took place at CIA headquarters and lasted for eight hours, said Nick Shapiro, Brennan’s former deputy chief of staff and senior adviser.
“Brennan was informed by Mr. Durham that he is not a subject or a target of a criminal investigation and that he is only a witness to events that are under review,” Shapiro said in a statement.

An 8 hour interview with Brennan will only get him to tell his name. Like the TV show “The First 48”, the first “48 hours” of anal probes might wake up his brain to the point that he actually tells the truth.

Whether he was under oath or not, lying to the FBI is a crime, ask General Flynn. It is highly doubtful that Brennan could undergo an 8 hour interview and be completely truthful.
Probably NOT under Oath and even if he was, NOTHING will happen to this COMMUNIST COUP PLOTTER!
Since Brennan is known to ALWAYS tell the truth, we can be assured now that he is off the hook.
He may not have been under criminal investigation BEFORE the interview but bets are off AFTER the interview.
Durham hired a bunch of Democrats for his staff.
