It was a good shoot. Sorry, but police don’t need to exercise fatal restraint in acting on a perceived threat.

It was a noise complaint. Does SOP require them to have guns drawn, cocked and aimed?................

The guy immediately gave himself up and laid on the ground. He was NOT a threat. This is MURDER.

under no circumstances was it a good shoot, neither of the cops were in the vision of that peephole (if there was one) and the one who shot him, shot him while the guy was putting the gun down with one hand raised while cooperating
