Didn’t this exact same thing happen once before and it was determined he probably said “Jill Biden’s husband,” perhaps a bit unclearly?
I do think he said Joe’s husband, but he slurs so much it’s hard to know if he thinks his wife is Joe or Jill.

His speech is muddled but I’m pretty sure he said Jill.
