Majority black cities like Detroit (78.6%) and Jackson (73.87%) and Inkster (73.02%) in Michigan are largely like boarded up post war slums in some Third World country following a change of dictators. Special downtown Detroit sports arenas and nearby office skyscrapers are exceptions. No one decent would invest in a retail store outside of there.
