Pennsylvania has only become more and more red since Trump won it in 2016. With a PA win, the President has many paths to 270 and the dems have very, very few. A win in NH will give Trump even more paths to 270.
Philly already votes in excess of 100% of registered voters; making fraud even more obvious.
