We routinely monitored data streams with a parallel breakout for troubleshooting. All that is described is completely valid.
Ordinary people are often surprised to hear that as technicians we listened to long distance phone calls on the midnight shift to stay awake. We even put up the phone calls on the building PA speakers for everyone to hear. The digital age made trapping all manner of data much easier.

Ah ha ! The irony of being charged with "tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice " since this is exactly what it is alleged the various domestic and international (5Eyes) intelligence organizations have done.
It should be noted that all citizens internet data goes into the intelligence computers where it remains for three days and then it is dumped.
The two whistle blowers indicate that the data can be copied, expunged, or amended while in the intelligence computers, or even copied elsewhere off-site into international intelligence computers.
It is alleged the various domestic and international (5Eyes) intelligence organizations use data to cajole, schmooze, and propagandize information, and then affect human behavior through the use of artificial intelligence.
In other words, whereas the 'JournaList' of former days coordinated press report information and manipulated, massaged, and schmoozed data,
the various intelligence agencies are using artificial intelligence logarithms to accomplish and perform the same function.
Between the corruption of the leadership of our premier law enforcement agency, and the data massage and tampering of information by intelligence agencies,
I am not surprised that this information comes only from whistle blowers, and has yet to be investigated and verified.

Don't forget that it wasn't until Julian Assange and WikiLeaks release of data that we found out about the extent that intelligence agencies were compiling information about the American citizenry, illegally.
Then we had Clapper lie to the American public ,and to Congress about domestic spying by the intelligence organizations.
Now we learn through two whistle blowers that this data is disseminated and shared internationally, and can be copied ,deleted, and amended (AKA tampering )through artificial intelligence logarithms.
So now we are legally learning about Presidential politics and how domestic spying by domestic intelligence agencies is shared internationally.
Now when you take domestic illegal intelligence data and combine it with the power of a corrupt management agency of law enforcement = you get the "DEEP STATE", who believes and acts that they are above the law.
After all, if you can do things illegally, and there is no risk of prosecution from law enforcement, you are , in fact, above the law.
