WASHINGTON — Joe Biden gained the presidential endorsement of the National Association of Letter Carriers on Friday, a union that boasts nearly 300,000 active and retired postal workers.

"Vice President Biden is — was — and will continue to be — a fierce ally and defender of the United States Postal Service (USPS), letter carriers, and our fellow postal brothers and sisters," NALC president Fredric Rolando said in a statement that also praised Democratic vice presidential pick Kamala Harris.

"Together, Biden and Harris fully exhibit the experience, dedication, thoughtfulness and steady hands that will work to ensure that letter carriers and working families are put first," he said.

The endorsement comes less than three months before Election Day and a day after President Donald Trump said he opposes Postal Service funding pushed by Democrats, noting that those resources were necessary to advance the cause of mail-in voting during the coronavirus pandemic.

So the organization that’s going to have custody of millions of ballots has chosen sides against one of the candidates.

Many people, especially liberals, are fully willing to believe in extensive corruption, cover-ups, back-scratching, and collective stonewalling by police officers — but these same people will say, with a straight face, that all postal workers are above board and beyond reproach. They’ll even suggest it’s anti-American to question the integrity of even a handful of postal employees.

Well, since Kasich is wanting to cuddle up to the Dems, I guess it was easy to persuade other such individuals, eh?

Well—if the USPS would just deliver my prescriptions on time, I might be more inclined to listen to them!!!

As per now, I will NOT listen to them at all!!!! Nor will I vote in any other manner than in person!! PHOOEY!!!!

Screw these people. The USPS currently processes 19.7 MILLION Mailpieces EACH HOUR. They’ll have no problem processing absentee and other mail ballots WITHOUT GIVING THEM $25 Billion Blackmail dollars. Again, screw them and the DemocRAT operatives they rode in on.

On two recent threads I told doubters this. I carried and sorted campus mail to hundreds of addresses when I was in college and knew several of the regular US workers-—all of whom were Dems. And when Newt shut down the government rather than cave in the Newt Congress, postal workers were among the hundreds with anti-GOP placards outside “We’ll Remember This in November” “Sweep Out the GOP”.

Your mail carrier sees “Thank You From President Trump” or “I’m Glad You’re With Me”— Joe Biden” mail, along with John Birch Society or Socialist Workers Party——they remember the addresses. And guys like me who give them a gift card every Christmas.

A real shame if some Trump envelopes with votes didn’t quite make it to the vote place in November. A shame./S

Oh man. Trumps in trouble now. Everyone knows how well likes and influential the Postal Workers Union is.

The GOP needs to post rewards for turning in voter fraud. Not that those cheap b@st@rds ever would.

Biden did nothing to help the USPS when he was in the senate nor when he was a Vice President.

Stop by a US Post Office in any urban area. You will be hard pressed to find a white employee. What you will find are primarily Zulus and Chinamen. Affirmative action? More like affirmative exclusion.
