This hotel was converted into a homeless hotel. The hotel “guests” are homeless, and drug addicts. Reports of OD’s and bed bugs are public knowledge in NYC. Do not stay here. The dirt and filth are beyond tolerable. Either stay home or stay someplace else.

We’ve stayed here about 5 times, love the hotel and neighborhood feel. We were looking forward to coming back but my booking was cancelled without explanation and after doing some research it’s rented out as a city homeless shelter. I called and they confirmed. No word on refunds or reservations.
