A report by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, found that more than 200,000 ballots mailed to voters in Clark County, Nevada, were designated by the post office as “undeliverable.”
Clark is the most populous county in Nevada, containing the Las Vegas metro area. It has nearly 75 percent of the state’s population.
The county sent 1.3 million ballots to voters. The undeliverable ballots accounted for 17 percent of all ballots mailed to registered voters. Since Nevada has gone to all mail-in ballot elections, that means that 17 percent of the county’s 1.3 million registered voters are effectively disenfranchised.
J. Christian Adams, a longtime PJ Media columnist, recently wrote about the perils of mail-in voting and why the argument that it works in other states doesn’t pass muster.
“These numbers show how vote by mail fails,” said J. Christian Adams, PILF’s president and general counsel. “New proponents of mail balloting don’t often understand how it actually works. States like Oregon and Washington spent many years building their mail voting systems and are notably aggressive with voter list maintenance efforts. Pride in their own systems does not somehow transfer across state lines. Nevada, New York, and others are not and will not be ready for November.”
“The addresses that we used were provided by the voters when they registered,” Dan Kulin, a spokesman for Clark County, told the Washington Free Beacon. “If they no longer reside at the address they provided to us, then we would expect that mail to be returned to us, which is what happened.”
The Trump campaign is suing Nevada for their mail-in voting procedures. Most states that are urging mail-in voting are sending applications for absentee ballots. But Nevada was sending actual, legal ballots to every registered voter.

That should read...States like Oregon and Washington have rigged the system so no Republican will ever win a statewide race.
And how many were delivered to an address that the addressee no longer resides at?
It isn’t difficult to scrub a mail list to remove bad addresses.
Those get delivered to the local Democrat party headquarters

Voting rights laws and decisions require bad and obsolete voter registrations to be maintained. This makes our voting registration lists spectacularly unreliable.
This is a specious conclusion. What it probably means is that the Democrats in the area have blocked purging the rolls at every turn and that the result is that 17% of the registrations are stale and invalid. This is almost as bad, since they represent ballots which could be intercepted and used fraudulently.
The 17% figure is probably low since there are probably a lot of households where the stale ballots are delivered and the current residents just threw them away, or, worse yet, attempted to vote with them.
Methinks that the 1.3 million voters were not voters, but ghosts from California-—or-—Vegas is a transient sort of town—so maybe those folks moved on...
Let me guess, the 17% just happened to all be registered Republicans.
My father lived in North Las Vegas. He passed away in 2015. I did a check and he is still on the voters register. I have to fill out a form and send it in to tell them that he is gone.

They were registered and addressed to legitimate dead voters.
They should have been delivered to the local DNC representative.
This election is going to be a farce. The mail in fraudulent balloting will end up being UNCOUNTABLE. And will never get done. Trump will stay in office and the terrorists will take to the streets in great numbers. Be prepared. Have a neighborhood guard. Organize. Get your weapons ready to defend your families and property because demon-rat officials will facilitate this total anarchy trying to get Trump to leave anyway.

Yesterday when this story broke, I checked the Official registered voter numbers for Clark County: there are 1,158,912, As of August 3, 2020

And there are several other municipalities other than Las Vegas in Clark County.
So, those 233,000 ballots sent out to the wrong addresses is well over 17% of the actual total registered voters for the entire county, AND they sent out 167022 more ballots than are registered in the whole county.
Those 200,000 undeliverable ballots, will all be voting democrat.
Exactly. One party rule. Nevada is jealous and wants that too.
