Unknown. I remember reading an article that some employers may still collect the tax and then pay it when the end of the year arrives. Trying to find article now.
Not all, just the payroll tax. If your making $40k a year it’ll add up to the $1200 range.
Here's my notes on that bit: "unemployment benefits extended to end of the year. student loan payments deferred until further notice. eviction moratorium extended. payroll taxes deferred until end of the year, retroactive to July 1st."
