So, my paycheck won’t be taking out federal income taxes until the end of the year?

Unknown. I remember reading an article that some employers may still collect the tax and then pay it when the end of the year arrives. Trying to find article now.

I believe the payroll taxes they’re talking about eliminating for now are medicare, social security, and disability. I could be wrong though.

I think its payroll taxes, not income taxes.
