Ezekiel 38:39 talks of Gog, the chief prince of Mosoch and Thubal and of the land of Magog, then The Persians, Ethiopians, and Libyans.

No mention of Russia at all

Revelation 20:8 opaquely refer to Gog and Magog in such a way that it is entirely understandable to read it as a reference to two great nations, even if we do not know which nation that may be:

And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.the Bible does not describe a nation of “Gog and Magog”. Gog is a country, but only in the book of Revelation — in Ezekiel's prophecy he is the king of Magog.

Turkey contains Gog, Magog, Meschech, Tubal

The entire piece references to Cambyses, who invaded Judea about seventy years after the temple had been destroyed, and perished by the hand of God, at Ecbatana, upon Mount Carmel
