A New Jersey Staples shopper with her nose poking out of her mask pushed another woman to the ground, breaking her leg, after being told to keep her uncovered schnoz six feet away.
The social-distancing encounter unfolded just after 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday at a Hackensack location, where the unknown assailant improperly wearing a mask walked up a 54-year-old woman using a copy machine, police said.

Can anyone relate to why she might be concerned about covid. This was probably someones mother. Where is the humanity?
Wow. I wonder if she was there making copies of all of her (probably MANY) medical bills.
I cannot believe no one helped that poor woman who was so violently thrown to the floor. And the bi*ch just sauntered past her after she threw her down.
There isn't much "humanity" left in this world these days...

No one here is taking pleasure in a seeing frail old women attacked.
They, like me, are taking pleasure in seeing a nosy woman who can’t mind her own business being responded to in a most forceful way.
The fact that she is old and frail is irrelevant.

OK, good point. I wonder why she went up to that older lady (who had just had a liver transplant, I just learned) so quickly like that, when she was apparently minding her own business? We don't know the entire story. Maybe they had had "words" earlier in the day in the story, off-camera.
However, nothing justifies the way the younger black woman violently flung the older white woman with the mask/shield to the floor like that.
Considering what her body has gone through, there’s every likelihood that it has aged well beyond her chronological age.
Not everyone ages at the same rate and certain medications can accelerate that, like prednisone.
I just turned 59.
