Dems starting to panic that voters will blame them for riots

Despite the best efforts of the propaganda media (aka, MSM) to sanitize as “mostly peaceful” violent, property-destroying and federal agent-blinding demonstrations that have engulfed Portland, Seattle, and other cities, the American people are catching on that Antifa is the armed auxiliary street force of the Democrat party, just as KKK was a century and more ago. While the Dems thought that their strategy of making conditions terrible so that voters would throw out the incumbent was sound, it turns out that the availability of dramatic footage of real violence on social media has put the lie to the media coverups.

It’s gotten so bad that Rep. Jerrold Nadler actually insisted that Antifa violence on Portland was a “myth,” only to be hustled away from the interviewer by a staffer who saw the PR disaster that was unfolding.

I ran into Jerry Nadler in DC and asked him to disavow the Antifa violence/rioting in Portland.

His response?

Evidently, Nadler believed the sanitized version of the demonstrations broadcast by the alphabet networks was bought by the public. (See this hilarious Twitter video on the ins and outs of selling riot footage to the nets.)

Tucker Carlson, the highest rated host in cable news history, regularly calls the rioters “Biden voters,” and that is an easier sale to the public than Nadler’s fantasy.

And the hysterically angry rioters, many of them white, college educated women in their twenties

I don't think "educated" means what it used to mean.

President Trump, to their dismay, has played the riots perfectly, with his administration expressing resolve but refraining from oversteps that would hand a Kent State-like massacre, complete with martyrs, to the rioters and their political beneficiaries in the Democrat party.

I'm glad more and more people are making this point. I posted this scenario on June 3, just as the rioters were getting started:

Sounds like the deep state is afraid President Trump will federalize the National Guard. And so that is exactly what President Trump should do.
Maybe the deep state is trying to goad President Trump into deploying the National Guard in the hopes of creating another Kent State moment, even though it was the Ohio governor who called in the National Guard.
They want a dead rioter at the hands of a National Guard to blame President Trump before the election. That's why Trump won't do anything until a governor requests it first.

RE: I am old enough to remember the 1968 riots. They did not work out well for the democrats in the election that year.

The most disastrous PR disaster was the Kent State University shootings of 13 unarmed University students in Kent, Ohio, by the Ohio National Guard on May 4, 1970. The killings took place during a rally against the expanding involvement of the Vietnam War into neutral Cambodia by United States military forces as well as the National Guard.

Everyone said that this would be the end of Richard Nixon’s re-election and the eminently amiable Hubert H. Humphrey would win in a landslide and use this as an issue.

RESULT: Nixon won in a huge landslide 2 years later. The Democrats didn’t know what hit them.

RE: True, except Nixon beat McGovern in 1972. He beat Humphrey in 1968.

My mistake. McGovern was totally left wing, very much like Bernie Sanders. Humphrey was more like Joe Biden.

But then, Biden is just a puppet for the Sanders wing of the party ( with the young AOC waiting in the wings to take over as their leader ).

I am seeing a repeat of 1972, wit the exception that our electoral demographics today are not the same.

There is no doubt that the Rat party is responsible for sponsoring this insurrection by their Black Shirted Antifa communist and “Black Lives Matter”.

They have been cheering for these Treasonous S.O.B.’S since these riots started and have done nothing but put obstacles in the way of Law Enforcement agencies to get these Criminals under control.

This Insurrection is the Fault of the Rat party and even the blind can see their involvement.
