There’s a chance that this story is fake. It’s a convenient story that could be provided by a willing congregation of DNC loyalists.
Local news says no prior tests....one guy came down....word got around, and then others started to show up and ask for the test. It would appear the ‘starter’ guy got it the week or so prior to the revival, and the rest from this guy.

How does anyone know for sure that the church was the venue where they all acquired the virus?

What are their ages? Do any have any comorbidity factors. Who chose to wear a mask and who chose not to.
Those are the important questions [(a) vulnerabilities and (b) personal responsibility], not how many “cases” they represent.
If someone attended such a gathering with an active case of the flu, how many would get it??
