Police in Seattle declared a riot in that city after peaceful protesters on Saturday were “provoked” by cops into setting fires and throwing explosives, rocks, and bottles that injured 21 officers and sent one policeman to the hospital who was hit in the knee by an explosive device.
A construction site on Capitol Hill was torched and another police precinct was broken into with “explosive damage” done to the walls. Another Starbucks was lit up, and numerous storefronts were vandalized. At least 45 people were arrested. In other words, just another typical, peaceful, tranquil day for the residents of Seattle.
Are there any businesses left in downtown Seattle? If there are, they may want to head for the hills.

The Seattle police chief informs business owners that they are on their own against rioters. The city council has tied her hands. The police do not have the tools to combat mob violence.

This reminds me of what happened in Paris about 20 years ago when visiting British football hooligans rioted. The police did nothing about the hooligans who were trashing property and beating by-standers within an inch of their lives, but arrested some poor Parisian shop owner who was fed up and gave one of the visiting chavs the shotgun blast he deserved.
Exactly my fears. These liberal idiots fleeing these cities refuse to put two and two together to see that it’s their Democrat votes that caused them to flee.

Good points. But Texas is the place where the largest number of Californians leaving the state are currently going to. We still have a sh@tload of them coming here. We even know when liberal couple who moved back to California for a few years and wasn't able to put up with the new normal down there.
Currently Nebraska, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama and some other similar states do not have a lot to worry about.

Definitely. They want to eliminate the police yet want their protection. We had a BLM/Antifa “march” locally cancel. They were planning on getting police protection to riot out on the expressway at Friday at rush hour.
The police this time said no (they had allowed in a few days ago). Suddenly the “march” was cancelled.
The point is whatever the police are or not allowed to use isn’t working or these riots would have been put down weeks ago.
Liberal politicians are still popular in Seattle and Portland. Last night on a local TV station, they interviewed a few Portland downtown business owners whose storefronts were destroyed. Every single one of them said “they support the protestors”.
Nooo! Washington State would be conservative save the tyranny of the Seattle Metroplex.
