This has to be a conspiracy to deprive Constitutional rights under the Color of Law. Last time I checked this is a felony. This chain of events should result in immediate federal action as a Congressman was threatened as part of this set of events.
Make it an armed rally. Declare you will stay peaceful if you are simply left alone.

Those who sew violence and permit it must be confronted with force. The sooner the better.
