Read the book 30 minutes after (what happens to someone who uses nuke against us)... that why one second after isn’t in the cards.

War Games
Did you ever think that its not true. If the Chinese actually had this super weapon they would have used it already on US, on Russia, on Europe etc...etc... Don’t believe obvious fake news. Besides, these things don’t happen in a vacuum, for every weapon China is developing, the US is developing a counter-measure. One other thing, never believe anything the Chinese claim about any of their weapons systems. Period.
Art Bell (and then George Noory) have been talking about this issue for _decades_.
