Most of the stupid things that go on in our lilly-white school system is the result of educated, rich white moms who watch too many Reese Witherspoon mini-dramas.
They are the ones who want to integrate all of the problem kids into mainstreamed classes.
My kids were in classes where the disruption was so bad it took up about half the class time. It took all of the other parents a year to get these kids un-mainstreamed. They actually had a “safe room” where “Harry” could be sent. More like a padded cell.
So yeah, these white parents should have left the schools the way they were.
