Kim Gardner Staffer Tampered with Patricia McCloskey’s Inoperable Hand Gun – Disassembled Gun and Put It Back Together to Make It Work!

St. Louis prosecutors tampered with Patricia McCloskey’s gun before charges were made against the St. Louis couple earlier this week.

The prosecution team under the direction of Soros-funded Kim Gardner disassembled the inoperable gun and then put it back together making it operable.

--------------

In Missouri, police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use when it used in the type of crime with which the McCloskeys have been charged.

At the request of Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Hinckley, crime lab staff members field stripped the handgun and found that it had been assembled incorrectly. Specifically, the firing pin spring was put in front of the firing pin, which was backward, and made the gun incapable of firing, according to the documents.

Firearms experts then put the gun back together, per Hinckley’s request, in the correct order and test-fired it, finding that it worked, according to the documents.

Crime lab workers photographed the disassembly and reassembly of the gun, according to the documents.

"Patricia McCloskey and her husband, Mark McCloskey, have said the handgun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable because they had used it as a prop during a lawsuit they once filed against a gun manufacturer. In order to bring it into a courtroom, they made it inoperable.

Their attorney, Joel Schwartz, confirmed to 5 On Your Side that the McCloskeys intentionally misplaced the firing pin on the gun and that it was in that condition when Patricia McCloskey waved it at protesters and turned it into their former attorney Al Watkins."

It gives me the heebee jeebees to see her with her finger on the trigger the whole time but I suppose in her mind she's thinking 'this thing doesn't work anyway.' Still bugs me. That's fine until there's a Bang.

Pointing a firearm at anyone is serious. Pointing a weapon you KNOW to be defective is dangerous and stupid.

The DA cannot legally bring the charges that she did and should be subject to some kind of contempt filings.

How corrupt are all of the DAs that sorros has bought and paid for?

According some stats, the mere presence of a firearm deters crime to the tune of 10s of thousands times annually.

Notice, the “peaceful protesters” did not attack or assault the McCloskeys that day other than with veiled threats; they pretty much knew they had the DA online to do that.

So is the AG for Missouri Eric Schmidt going to bring criminal charges for conspiracy to obstruct justice. No bail - and I mean lock her up until she rots waiting for her speedy trial.

The KDSK story, which is buried way down on their website. Something that deserves top of the screen, huge banner headline and you have to dig to find it...

Whole lotta irony goin’ on there.

...In Missouri, police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use...
==========+=======

I guess it depends on what the definition of ‘readily’ is.

Forget state charges. This, if true, warrants federal charges.

Where the hell is the DOJ?!

My God, what a mess.

So basically the gun could have worked if the operator had a clue, but she didn’t.

I cannot imagine owning a firearm and not keeping it operable. That’s like having a yard full of rusted cars on blocks. I’ll never understand the left.

Of course I am on their side here, but is it irony or karma that they had once filed suit against a gun manufacturer?

It was not proper gun handling for her to have her finger on the trigger while pointing it at the mob. If a mob had broken through my gate and gathered on my front lawn, I would have protected my home any way I could. The bigger issue here is the Soros-funded DA prosecuting this couple for a bullshit charge and tampering with evidence. Barr needs to step in immediately and have her removed. This is the destruction of our legal system and cannot continue because it will set precedent and just empower the tyrants even more.

Eric Schmidt intervened in the case and asked for it to be dismissed in case you missed it.
