The Chinese consulate is Chinese territory. I’m no lawyer, but I don’t think there is much we can do about it short of breaking relations and kicking them out, and we’re not going to do that over... what?... violating a city ordinance prohibiting the open burning of trash? I’d love to see that, though; China is as much an enemy as any we’ve ever had and it shouldn’t have any presence here.

Huawei’s HQ in the USA is in Plano Texas (Dallas suburb, a few hours drive away).
