Surgeon General Jerome Adams begged Fox News' audience on Monday to wear face masks to help contain the spread of the coronavirus and to avoid thinking of the health measure as a violation of their rights.
Adams stressed that President Donald Trump has recently said he supports mask-wearing, despite his refusal to implement a federal mask mandate.
"I'm pleading with your viewers, I'm begging you, please understand that we are not trying to take away your freedoms when we say wear a face covering," Adams said during a "Fox and Friends" interview.
He went on, "We are not trying to take away your ability to go out when we say keep restaurant capacity under 50%. We are saying if we do these things, we can actually open and stay open. We can get back to school, to worship, to jobs. We can do this."

Brw .i saw a bag of dirt at lowes on a pallet that had escaped the plastic wrapping keeping it in place.. and was about half way to falling on someones head. I alerted them they had a lawsuit ready to happen with that dirt if it fell on someone. I didnt stick around to see if they fixed it.
Let me guess...he wasn't black so his life didn't matter.
/scathing sarcasm
There are SO MANY clowns in this circus, it's impossible to keep track of them all!
(From the beginning of this fiasco I've thought that wearing masks and meticulous attention to hand washing would have been a pretty good idea for people working in nursing homes, and a pretty stupid idea for people surfing at the beach. It all depends.)
I answered your question. If you are an employee violating local law and or store policy.. ..yes. It will be documented
If you are a customer violating law and store policy..maybe..in order to document they arent enforcing policy. Although that is sketchy because their are exemptions. However when mgmt. Admits they arent enforcing their own policy it adds to liability issue. I wouldnt do it on the spot but i would make sure it is documented
Treasure trove of information, peruse it.

Yes, he did:
On Feb. 29, 2020, Adams tweeted:
U.S. Surgeon General
@Surgeon_General
Seriously people- STOP BUYING MASKS!
They are NOT effective in preventing general public from catching #Coronavirus, but if healthcare providers cant get them to care for sick patients, it puts them and our communities at risk!

Btw..here is another example. I once got cut at lowes from one of those things sticking out from the shelf when they didnt leave enough room to pass it. Bled quite a bit and wouldnt stop bleeding..possible von willebrand issue
I made sure it was documented just in case i got infected or other issue..plus i needed their first aid kit
Premises liability
I always make sure there is documentation in case something comes up later. The first thing asked from insurance company is..did you alert them.
Also..nothing happened and the cut healed fine no scar..but at time of incidents you dont know and thus you need to document when things happen at the time they happen

“This guy is affirmative action all the way.”
Another poor, but stylish, choice by Trump.
“Wear masks for now. ... They work, if people actually use them.”
They work, if you’re hankerin’ for a good case of Legionnaire’s Disease, or pleurisy, which my brother’s friend got from her mask.
Are you saying, masks work?
“Just wear the mask. Just let us track you. Just get the shot. Just give up your guns. Just get in the boxcar.”
That’s good. I believe it’ll fit nicely on a mask.
“They work. I am telling you. Straght up. Masks work.”
Sounds like you’re trying to convince yourself. I don’t know why, but that reminds me of Stuart Smalley:
“I’m Good Enough, I’m Smart Enough, & Doggone It, People Like Me!”
“I have worn a mask outdoors, since February.
Every day.
Everyone here wore one, every single day.
For two months.
Every single day. Now, there is ZERO coronavirus, here.”
You’re kidding, right? It would be hilarious to see that.
“So-Mike Pence is trying to take away our freedoms? ... he therefore cant be trusted and must be removed from the ticket!”
Kristi Noem would be an excellent VP choice. She understands “liberty”.
“Do hospital workers get their masks from Walmart and Costcos??????”
LOL!
No; they don’t. They count on their daughters to whip up a few at their Brownie or FHA meetings. Those masks are magical in the ER, dontcha know...
