That story has a lot of unanswered questions. First, I'd like to know the description of how the 73 year old was "pounding" on the store employee. The clerk claimed he tried to run an employee down with his car, and hit the building when he left, but the police found no damage to the building. The clerk also said he hit a truck and turned it sideways, but the police have no info if there was an accident. So the cops pursue him for something they have no idea he even committed, follow him to his home, and after an "interaction" with him, both cops shoot him, and they have no idea which officer's bullets actually hit him. The article I posted said they found two weapons on his property, but the cops haven't stated if he fired on them first, before they shot him. And no info if the officer's were suspended pending investigation.
The Police Department said they tried to stop the man while in pursuit, but decided to refrain in the interest of public safety. But in the interest of public safety they shoot him outside his home in a public neighborhood.
