Maybe she's getting Opdivo every two weeks.

More likely that she is getting embalming fluid.

Amazing that she has lived this long.
Everyone I have known with pancreatic cancer died from it.
And she has liver cancer, too.

I was in great shape at 53 when I went through Chemo for "an easily treatable" cancer.
She is NOT able to "still perform her duties", unless she is just signing off on staff work product.

Her statement says immunotherapy failed and she is on gemcitabine.

Chemo is very powerful stuff. It was what killed my father when he had lymphoma in his 60s. This is not a good sign for the woman but Cancer does grow much slower the older you get. She should be allowed to retire and enjoy a more carefree life with her family. Why would anyone want to keep the job she has with all these ailments at her age ?

I could be wrong, but I’ve heard that Chemo can be pretty hard on a person - even if young and healthy.

Why would anyone want to keep the job she has with all these ailments at her age ? To spite President Trump.

It will be Weekend at Bernie's, or more like Buzzy at the Supreme Court, for the next 5 years after Trump wins re-election.
Buzzy's staff will wheel her corpse into chambers and a staff member will speak for Buzzy through a hidden speaker using voice change software to imitate her voice. And the media will provide all coverup...

The same thing happened to my dad. He was diagnosed with lymphoma and prescribed a very aggressive chemo. Aside from the cancer, he was extremely healthy. The chemo so depleted his immune system that when he got an infection he was a goner. This was in 1987 and he too was in his 60’s. Today he probably would have beaten it.
