I’m disappointed in Ivey. The requirement is unnecessary and the fine is too high.
I’m down here in Lee County living in Phenix City and working at Auburn U. I’m surprised how many Alabamians are turning into Mister Monk.
I lived in Chambers County for a while. During that time I went to a party in Montgomery with my parents. A lady, apparently a mental health professional) inquired where I lived. When I replied, she asked if I knew that there were more mental cases (or similar terminology) in Chambers County per capita than any other Alabama county. I replied that I didn’t know it, but certainly believed it. :)
