AT the same time, if Trumps sits for a second term, I think the U.S. will have become accustomed to a strong, effective and experienced leader; one that is, at the least, as strong as our country's adversaries.

I agree on Pompeo. He’s about the only one I can see who would be capable of effectively carrying on after Trump. Tom Cotton would be a great VP. Cotton could then become POTUS after Pompeo.
